Clare and I attended the BAPS council meeting last week. A

We would particularly welcome your input on a few issues.

- The first is the configuration of the consortia. This is
currently under debate and if you have any views as to how
they may be organised or if there remains a need to train
in more than one centre then let us know either via the
egroup of "off list" if you'd rather not share it with
everyone.

- BAPES need a new trainee rep for their executive, please
let either of us know if you are interested.

- Endoscopy. We would welcome you experiences of training
in endoscopy and any suggestios as to how the problems may
be overcome.
