One person (Jonathan Sutcliffe) has been nominated for the new
(incoming) trainee representative. I will continue as the outgoing
rep for another year.

Given that this is supposed to be an election, but we only have one
candidate, I will accept votes either for Jonathan or RON (re-open
nominations). The vote will formally be held at the Glasgow trainibg
day 4th May, but if people cannot attend then email me your vote
(along with name, year, place of work) and I will tally these votes
too.

In the event that RON gains more votes than Jonathan, we would have to
hope someone else comes forwards and go through the same procedure.
