Dear All

We have made a difficult yet collective decision - despite much hard work to
postpone ( not cancel) the national training day ( that never was ) until a time
when it can be.

Thanks to those few that did respond positively both inside and outside the
consortium . We will destroy all cheques received (3!).

Not sure yet when it will be in chelsea - we will work hard at trying to bring
the price down as it is obviously a big issue - and one that i understand.

Will keep you updated on when it might be
