Just wanted to let everyone know that a new website has been set up that is making available, for free, Grand Rounds talks from various med schools in the US (Penn, Duke, VCU, etc.). The site also has pediatric news feeds, a place for a discussion forum and links much like what is collected in this Yahoo group (very helpful collection, by the way).

No registration or membership is required, unless one wants CME credit certification. Since it is a new site, I would very much appreciate comments or feedback about it, including what you might like to see added. You can email your comments to administrator@....
