8 year old boy, presented with mod fever since 3 days no refusal tofeed, no lethargy, no restriction of activities, no breathlessness, no cough walking talking running and schooling normally a XR chest was done in view of abnormal auscultation findings it showed:



on history:
child was admitted for pneumonia .. no cough or FB inhalation 2 months back, 


treated with antibiotics for 15 days, no relief.. changed physician..
treated for another 10 days with IV antibiotics


 had symtomatic relief, no fever.. but cough persisted..
XRC after 10 days showed..


was told that some persistant lung lesion has persisted and told to approach a
higher institute..
 and now with us:



No h/o FB, no H/s/o kochs, no restriction of activities.. WHAT CAN IT BE?
