      9 year old female child presented with recurrent hematuria,pyuria and pain in abdomen since last 2 years.She also requires intermittent catheterisation for urinary retension.Both the parents are on anti tuberculous drugs since 1yr for pulmonary tuberculosis.
      She is anaemic and malnourished[grade iv].No lymphadenopathyn or organomegaly.
      Urine culture is persistantly sterile.Urine for AFB has not shown/grown AFB.USG s/o bilateral hydronephrosis with hydroureter.CTscan of chest showinng cystic lesion containing air in left postero-apical area and CTscan abdomen is showing pneumatic cyst in rt kidney.
      pt has not responded to broad spectrum antibiotics and having persistant fever,pyuria and hyponatremia.
    WHAT IS THE LIKELY DIGNOSIS?
