yesterday i attended a call for a 6 hr old newborn (out of emergency LSCS for nonprogress of labor.)
NB had history of feeding followed by breathlessness and vomitting.
o/E : Respi distress+,RS: CREPTS; PA soft normal.

HYPOXIA++; ? aspiration pneumonia

while passing ET; moderate thick meconium around 8 cc removed by suction, NB put on ventilator required high FIO2 and VR.
