Hello,
Let me tell you about my atrial-fib.
I had open heart surgery when I was 19 and my
atrial-fib started when I was about 29, when it
started my heart beat would go up to 250 -300 in a
matter of seconds and the only way my doctor could
bring my heart beat back to normal is by putting me to
sleep and shocking my heart back to normal.
I'm now taking Quinidine and Dixon and my last attack
was in 1982.
I also have congestive heart failure.
I.m now 58 and I'm in the best shape of my life, I
work out 4-5 day's a week, watch what I eat I quit
smoking 6 years ago.
and I don't get up every morning and worry about my
heart.
I live from day to day and feel fantastic.
