Hello Jimbo, It always seems to be different. I've had A fib after waking
up in the middle of the night, mid morning after breakfast, watching TV in
the evening. Never any rhyme or reason. It comes on as a light headed
feeling and a stillness in my chest that makes me think that I don't have a
beating, working heart, then it progresses into an immediate state of A-fib
with rapid beats and thumps. It stops as quickly. Just when you don't
expect it to and are ready to head for the hospital, it will rest and
convert into a normal rhythm...if we're lucky.
I've been instructed to take Lopressor after it starts. Am on daily
Tambocor to prevent . which has been successful so far for the past 9
months.
