magnesium

Hi Pam,

I went to the magnesium website and was overwhealmed with information.
Would you please help. Is Slow Mag or the Magnesium Glycinate the best to
take and how much?

Still feeling great after the PVA in July/04. I had an episode for a few
hours of something last month but in general it feels like it is going away
or remodeling. Skipped beats are almost gone.

How are you? Thanks for your help....Blessings....Alex
