You know out here in the laypersons world its a lot of work to figure stuff out
because everyone tells you something different on ozone and Ed's book
devotes a whole 2 paragraphs to vaginal insufflation with no mention of
gamma, just lpm which doesn't mean much to me.

And yes, there it is! in Ed's book, it is Dr Freibott that mentions that candida
growth can be aggravated temporarily with long applications and the reason
he gives it that ozone will accelerate the breakdown of carbohydrates into
sugars which will feed the yeast. With repeated application it has removed
this condition from many women.

I don't think I've damaged myself much. I have more energy than ever.

So I will lay off a few more day, take my gamma down to 38 and once again,
reduce intake of carbohydrates.

Now maybe you can help me figure this part out. Would it be better to keep my
daily 30 minute sessions for 5 or 6 days a week at 15 minutes instead of 30
minutes or continue 30 minutes each but only 3 x week? or 15 minutes 3 x
week?

In homeopathy there is this rule: go low and slow. Will be taking more note of
it here in this realm.

You know, there's got to be a ton of people out there doing stuff like me, just
experimenting, because no really good manual exists that deals with the
variables and issues that come up. Information is just scattered all over the
place.
