Don't forget to do a series of liver cleanses to clear detox pathways
which can also reduce/eliminate the rashing. Many people with a
lifelong of accumulation need a dozen or more cleanses to get back in
swing. Combing this with rectal ozone which reaches the liver through
the portal vein is very powerful. In short time you can usually get
conditioned to handle the sauna without rashing, this was my
experience. Now I can do 1 hour full strength ozone saunas 5 times a
week without a rash.

took 4 years to get to the point of not rashing, and no I do not think it is
worth it. For me ozone made me feel better but did not cure the cfs. It does
give energy, tho. Try and find something that will increase your energy without
causing the unbearable rahing. You can do that by only doing a 5 minute sauna
once a week and increase when you no longer rash from that. You can also
increase energy by drinking ozonated water. You can also take activated
charcoal before doing a sauna. It will greatly decrease the rashing.

does not process the toxins like a regular person does, thus he says we are like
a canary trapped in a cage. But you can do things to help the liver detox, and
that is what I would concentrate on. Do some liver cleanses, take milk thistle.
It does seem like people who's detox pathways are compromised have more rashing
than those that don't have compromised pathways.

to our brains and gives one a very wasted feeling. Some have recovered simply
from stopping all gluten products. It does take about a year to heal the gut
from their effects, tho, so be patient.

protocol, but don't put torture yourself by over ozoning. This is truly the
time where slower is faster. And if you don't take the precautions to heal the
gut and liver, no amount of ozone is going to cause lasting benefits, imho.

correctly. Also the adrenals will be effected when one is chronically sick, so
C, Bs, magesium, and sea salt are a must. Some also have good results with raw
bovine adrenals.

>You can regain your health, but I have not found a cure. It seems to be
something that can be managed with the above methods. Don't ever go off your
supplements, avoid stresses, and know that you simply have to pace yourself so
as not to relapse. Take note of the energy suckers in your life and avoid; or,
if possible, remove them from your life althogether. You really are in a battle
for your health, and I have not found that people are understanding of just how
very sick you are. If you do not take of yourself, you will find you will not
only be in a battle for your health, but also for your life!
