We need more information:Type of ozone generator.Output of generator in ug/ml or Gamma.Duration and frequency of sauna sessions.I seems to me you are experiencing the classic "skin rash" detox reaction which the ozone sauna will induce in the user.Suggestions?Start a series of liver cleanses, reduce the duration and frequency of sauna sessions until the symptoms are manageable, take protease enzymes.Dennis----- Original Message -----From: andre_ligthartSent: Friday, January 09, 2009 6:25 AMSubject: [oxyzone] Chinese saua tent - testimony
Hello,
I have been doing ozone steam sauna's several times using a cheap chinese sauna tent. I used this sauna tent:
Although at first it seemed like a good therapy, after only a few times I got skin rash, raised red itchy bumps. When I got some of these bumps, I thought it was a good sign: maybe some kind of infection is coming out. But after several more of these ozone steam sauna baths, it was so bad that I could not sleep anymore because of the itching. It was really terrible, I got bumps all over my body, especially on the breast, tummy, shoulders, neck, upper back.
I went to the doctor and I diagnosed it as Urticaria. I did not tell him about my ozone therapy. I got a anti-histamine medicine, but I did only take that a few times. I don't think that it worked anyway.
I am now very sure that my skin rash was there because of the non-ozone resistant materials of the chinese steam sauna tent. I have looked at steam sauna's with ozone resistant materials, but I could not find any. There are also steam cabinets on the market which are very expensive; I think these are much better. When I unpacked the steam sauna I already smelled chemicals quite clear; so from the start I was aware of this potential problem. I will never again use these tents.
It was very clear that the skin rash was especially on the places where my skin touched the material of the sauna tent or where the skin was close to it. See this picture:
Skin rash on upper back (it was far worst later on, but I forgot to make pictures at that time)
I am planning to build a cheap sauna cabinet made of glass, silicon and some wood to connect the parts. But I do not know whether this therapy is worth while doing. Does anybody have experience with this? For example, how does ozone steam sauna relate to direct IV? Can I get a substantial amount of ozone in the system through the skin?
Please share your experiences!
Thanks.
