Hi Dr. Robins,
I kind of think ozone might do this anyway, if used in excess. I've
heard it can age you prematurely. They say not to take vitamin C
because it will interfer with the benefits of ozone. I go back and
forth on this. I've finally come to my own personal opinion that I
will continue with my C even close to the time I do the ozone.
Reason being was I was once doing a lot of ozone; 30 minutes of ear
insufflation, 30 minutes of vaginal insufflating, & 1/2 hour sauns
daily. My face took on an aged look almost overnight.
I guess with anything, use moderation; and yes, you are right about
using other methods if can and don't really need the under the tongue
bubbling. Still there is a guy that told me about it that says he
got really good benefits from it. However, it did caution not to
breathe through the mouth when doing it.
I think it's something I'll have to think a littl more about.
Probably won't use if much unless I start to have teeth problems.
Thanks for your input.
Gail
