Hi Gail:
Not certain what unit you are using, if it is one I support or
recommend I can tell you further.
I am always happy to hear benefits and yes all of what you state
is common.
The lungs are a complicated and very specific, so at times
breathing can create a exodus of debris that has been around for eons, what I
have seen other than the normal coughing fits is a touch of pneumonia due
to the bacteria, viruses, or fungi try to hide from the onslaught.
May God Bless You And Keep You Well

Subject: [oxyzone] Re: Bubbing under the tongue
Hi Peter,
What flow rate would you suggest?
For some reason I've always thought it was not good to breathe ozone
directly, thus all the instructions about ozonating water in a well
ventilated area, breathe only through ozonated olive oil, etc. I
thought it would harm the lungs if breathed directly into lungs.
I've been doing a little at the flow rate of 1/8 L/m (.20 on my
concentrator) because that was what was suggested by a man who does
it that way. I just never really understood (if it's kind of like
insufflating as pumping ozone into a cavity of the body, via mouth)
why you didn't use the flow rate for insufflating, which is usually
1/32 L/m according to my instructions. But maybe different
generators are different???
I haven't noticed anything harmful by doing it this way. It does
seem to give me some added energy but feels like I'm starting to get
an itch/rash (maybe) around the jaw area.
I like the fact (maybe factual) of it going into my teeth and eye
area. If feels like it's going directly into the root of my teeth,
which I think would be good for preventing any infection in the teeth
area. Sometimes one can have an infection in their teeth and not
even know it until they're in a lot of trouble with it.
I am being careful not to breathe through my mouth and actually think
this gets to areas (like the teeth/jaw & behind the eyes) even better
than ear insufflating.
What does breathing ozone directly into the lungs do?
TIA,
Gail
