You will find out as you go along alot of "easier"
ways to do things...ie: disposal of soiled appliances
Go to the dollar store and get diaper disposal bags.
There are different products to use one is the new ring
that takes the place of paste or stomahese.
Even different appliances.
I have had my ilestomy since 1995 and iam still learning
new things so in a way its an ongoing process but positive.
