I had my surgery back in Dec 17, 2003. I had the same
problem. I did not eat for 8 days. But my bag was
still working. Make sure you talk to the Doctor. Your
husband cannot talk to the Doctor, so you have to be
his voice. Make sure, that you understand what he is
talking about. If you don't understand what he is
saying, e.mail the group and I will ask my Doctor.
