The Original Kombucha Mailing list was founded on February 25, 1995 and has been an active part of the Worldwide Kombucha Community ever since. Kombucha Tea is a delicious beverage, with many benefits to health and well-being. Kombucha Tea is traditionally made at home: a very simple, inexpensive and enjoyable process.

Members of this Original Kombucha Mailing list share not only Information and Resources about Kombucha but also their own experiences with making and using Kombucha. There are some very experienced brewers of Kombucha on this list and Kombucha researchers and authors as well.
