I hate to tell you this but before a BIP can be generated there has to be an FBA or FAA evaluation performed. IF and that is if you agree with the school psych's eval, then together as a team a BIP is created to address all behaviors.  On a personal note you could disagree and request an IEE FBA or FAA which should be done by a psych who is also a bcba and can address all behaviors with positive reinforcements, recommend the use if applicable of ABA methology, etc.
