You may want to have a doctor write orders for bloodwork to test your son's titers to see if his body is immune to MMR and Varicella. If he is, this counts as if he had the booster shots. I did this for my 5 year old son, and the doctor just filled out that he had immunity via high enough titers on his immunization form. I am not aware of any other medical exemption, but you can do a religious exemption without much hassle. Good luck! We also live in Marietta, which school will be be attending?

We are moving to GA/Marietta next month and my 9 year old autistic son
has not had his 2nd MMR or Varicella. I noted that you can get a
religious exemption but that any medical exemption has to be verified
by a dr. Since the medical community does not believe vaccines have
any impact on autism how can you get a medical exemption? GA is much
more strict about vaccinations than any other state we've lived in; is
there any way around the requirements?
