Join HMA and The Right to Know
in New Orleans
November 18-20, 2004

Award-winning singer, Timothea, AKA New Orleans'
"Siren of Soul," and Marino DeSilva, founder of
"Angels on Earth Foundation" have joined forces with
Hepatitis C Movement for Awareness. Together we will
make this years annual event an even greater success.

Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco and New Orleans
Mayor Ray Nagin have declared November 15–20 "Hepatitis C
Awareness Week" to correspond with the week's events.

ITINERARY:The New Orleans events will follow a similar format
to HMA's March on DC and Weekend for Awareness.

Thursday, November 18: 10:30 –12:00 Brunch Buffet will
be served in the Conference Room.
1:00 -5:00 Hepatitis C Consortium takes place,
educational information and Q &A sessions with
doctors, patients and Hepatitis C advocates from US
cities and Canada.

Friday, November 19, 3:00 p.m.: HMA will join Siren to
Wail for a "Second Line March" accompanied by the
community, with two second line bands coming from two
different sides of The Big Easy. This will lead the
way to the drummer's circle at Louis Armstrong Square,
ending with a Candlelight Vigil.

Saturday, November 20th: The Annual Siren to Wail,
Music With a Message "ONCE IN A BLUE MOON" All-star
Hepatitis C Benefit Concert will take place at New
Orleans' very own Tipitinas. Featured headliners, and
legends, Allen Toussaint and Cyril Neville will
perform, as well as other reknowned musicians.
