Maybe, if you're like me, you didn't know there is a weekly "chat" for Juvenile
HD family members so here is the information on how to join in! I've also put
the below into an MSWord97 document [attached] so you can print this out for a
reminder or to share!

Subject: Juvenile HD Family Weekly Chat!
When: Every Tuesday
Time: 4 PM EST USA, 9 PM UK [see time converter below]
Host: Gordon
Where: Huntington's Disease Advocacy Center [HDAC]
Link: http://www.hdac.org
Chatrooms: Click on "HDAC Chatroom" under "HD forums" in left column
How to Enter:
a.. After you click on "HDAC Chatroom a screen will pop
b.. You'll be asked sign in with your name and password.
c.. You don't need to register or have a password so skip that.
d.. Just type in your first name or any screen name you want to use.
e.. Once you're in the chatroom another screen will pop up.
f.. In the upper left hand corner you'll see 5 choices:
HDAC Lounge [where you'll be after you sign in]
At-Risk Group
JHD Family - click on this one
HDlighthouse
HD Families

About the HDAC Chatrooms:
The HDAC moderates several weekly Yahoo HD Club chats plus other general and
unscheduled chats. The whole HD community is welcome in the HDAC chatroom! If
you want to "talk" to someone ask him or her to meet you in the "HDAC Lounge"
and give them the instructions. Once you both sign in you can begin your chat!

The JHD chat is an open discussion on Juvenile Huntington's Disease and lasts as
long as people want to talk. We have quite a few people popping in now and many
JHD topics are covered informally. I hope that it keeps growing, its amazing how
much can be learned just from having a chat with someone in similar
circumstances, or from a similar background. We try to help each other as much
as we can and welcome all new members.

For example I put in Australia-Victoria Melbourne as my "current location" to
convert from using today's date, January 30, 2007 since that's a Tuesday then I
selected U.S.A. District of Columbia, Washington, DC. and it told me that 4PM
EST Tuesday in the USA is 6:00 AM Wednesday in Western Australia!

Need to be reminded by Email about the Chat?
There is a really neat place where you can be sent reminders about birthdays,
appointments [like the chat] etc. at Regards.com www.regards.com. [It reminds me
