Subject: GENE NEGATIVE INDIVIDUALS NEEDED!

I am attaching an IRB approved announcement that may help us reach our target
for the PREDICT-HD study (currently open to individuals who have tested gene
negative).

The PREDICT-HD study under the direction of Dr. Jane Paulsen at the University
of Iowa is currently seeking additional gene negative participants (CAG <30
repeats). The study will help to define the earliest changes in HD so that
knowledge of how HD develops can inform treatments to slow disease progression
or delay disease onset.

Participants, 18 years of age and older, will be evaluated once a year for a
minimum of four years. Evaluation includes neuropsychological testing and MRI
scans. Compensation is available to study participants.

For more information about participating please contact one of the University of
Iowa's PREDICT-HD recruitment team members who can assist in facilitating
enrollment at one of our 32 research sites:

You may also visit the PREDICT-HD Link on the Huntington Study Group website:

for a full list of participating sites and contact information or call the HSG
toll-free at 800-487-7671.

All the best,
Elizabeth
