many of you have done TV interviews and some have even put together your own HD
video documentaries so I'm hoping you'll consider sharing these with HDSA!

Subject: Request for Recent Video Footage
HDSA is producing a new video to be used to educate the general public about
Huntington's Disease. The finished video will also be used as an informational
sales tool for potential sponsors, donors and new volunteers.
In order to create the best product within our limited budget, I am asking you
to send me any existing video raw footage as well as edited pieces-that may be
used for this project.
The types of video we are interested in includes:
People with HD going about their daily lives
Walking
Talking
Eating
Taking part in activities
HDSA Meetings and Events
People with HD being examined by doctors
Support Groups
Therapy Sessions
Laboratory work (research)
Center of Excellence Facilities
Counseling session (1 on 1 or 1-on 2)
Tributes from HDSA Celebration of Hope Dinners
Footage from local tv coverage of HD events/people
Format Information:
We are interested in footage shot on Beta SP, DVCAM or DV Minicam. video
masters, b-roll or a dub from a master. The footage should be recent within the
last 3 years.
Permission
Please make sure that there are no issues about the usage rights for the video
that permission exists from the subjects of the video as well as the producers
of the video before sending it.
