We are seeking people who are being treated for HD and caregivers, to discuss
their experiences.

The purpose of these interviews is to help us understand what does or does not
work, and how it could be improved.

All information gained is for the purpose of research only and observes patients
confidentiality rights.

The interview is 1 hour by telephone and may be scheduled anytime between 10/16
& 10/22.

Participants receive $100.
