Hi Denise

I am making progress albeit slowly. A lot of my obsessions are
now "background noise" compared with a few months ago - the thoughts
are still there and need to be vigilant but better able to nip them
in
the bud before they become destructive and ruin my day. So basically
they don't disrupt my life the way they used. However I've found some
others have amplified themselves (due to personal circumstances) and
now I'm really trying to work on them too. But it is hard work and
very challenging but then nobody said overcoming OCD was easy.

Hope you are doing ok too.
