Hi there
There is a wealth of information out there on the web about OCD and
some self help groups too. I agree with Denise that OCD action is a
good site. There is a 12-step group (OCA) that meets in London twice a
week that anyone with OCD is welcome to attend. The details are on the

It might be worth talking to your doctor about it too. They are
generally more sympathetic these days and mine was fine though
obviously will depend on what your doctor is like. They can put you on
th waiting list for CBT the most widely and successfully used OCD
treatment.
