Just wanted to say thanks for your kind messages!!!

I know I am so lucky to have friends who are there and who I have
pretty much told all of the horrific thoughts to. They don't pretend
to know what it's like but they listen and don't turn away. I have
to say that's not always been the case, and my family have had a
really hard time with it and still can't accept it.

What has helped me recently more than anything is acceptance of
myself. I know what you mean about it coming back when tired and
stressed - things which seem to be unavoidable nowadays.

The ITV drama Dirty Filthy Love was excellent and won some kind of
award recently. I just thought the fact that it was a drama on
primetime TV about ocd was such a step forward. When I was
officially diagnosed about 8 years ago now, I can't say I'd ever
really heard much about it.

Hope everyone is well!

Jo x
