well done,denise + star,could,nt of said it any better.when i joined
this group and started reading and sharing what was going on with
myself i realised how lucky i am as i dont have ocd nearly as bad as
most.also felt like i was finally at home and that i was,nt the only
one who had terrible thoughts in their head,i honestly thought i was
the only one who did this, how wrong was i.i also have bipolar
disorder of which i have much more symptoms of that than ocd.star
you may be 42,i,m 35 and although i do swear,i was shocked by the
use of the f.word.not trying to knock the other member, wording could
of been a little better.liz
