A Panic Attack Is Downright Scary But Does It Have To Be?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1265 of 1339 |

If you think that Anxiety Panic attack Symptoms is a lifelong
problem, think again. There was a time when your friend could not
even talk about going to an amusement park due to Anxiety Panic
attack Symptoms, let alone ride on a super fast roller coaster
like "Superman.
Asking to accompany you to what he considers a death defying place,
took you by surprise, because a roller coaster ride years ago is what
brought on his first panic attack. He was hanging on for dear life,
eyes closed and turning pale as a ghost, earned him the nickname "
Casper".
Now he has agreed to go for it again. Why, is he nuts? What makes him
think that he can do this without exhibiting any Anxiety Panic attack
Symptoms? After all, the roller coaster does not have brakes or a
panic button. Once it starts, you will endure the thrill or the agony
of fear as it may, for the duration of the ride.
Was he ready for the ups and downs of superman the ride? He appeared
calm and composed, wait a minute, you wonder, what is allowing him so
far to stay so relaxed. You do not yet know. What is obvious is the
fact that he is in control of his breathing, his muscles seemed to
tense up for a few seconds, then he appears relaxed within seconds
and he starts the process over again. Moments pass, it seems that he
is going to tense up, he takes another deep breath, relaxes his
muscles and exhales as he releases the tension....
