I had severe OCD for 30 years but finally had enough and fought back! I wrote a

book about it so to facebook and join my group Man Interrupted and read a short

excerpt from my published book and let me know if you relate? cheers James.

can u share with me very briefly here on how you conquer your OCD?
 
Is it through drug therapy, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive therapy or a combination of these?
