I have heard of cases where OCD and tourettes tics go hand in hand, but not seizures. That, of course, doesn't mean it can't happen. What a bummer for you....
I would say that is a good possibility too. And you may never know for sure which caused which. OCD, being a mental disorder, has no 100% fact issue to it...
