I completely agree with Aurthor. I also take a supplement 5-htp which
is a precursor to serotonin, but it helps me quite a bit.
Also, I've been reading a book (Inflammation Nation) that seems to
underscore what Author's claim regarding EPA and DHA.
I also take 40mg of Lexapro and 200mg Seroquel at night. Seroquel has
been my silver bullet. It really works well.
