In the Summer 2005 CCFA magazine on page 33 (last column on right) there is mention of the Alexander Technique. I found their web site and there is plenty to read about the program. Does anyone know of a local teacher and/or could we find one and have that person speak at a meeting? The technique is mentioned in an article about bone loss and Crohn's. Thanks. Sylvia
