Dear Orange County , San Bernardino , and Riverside IBD Patient & Family Conference Participants:

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Greater Los Angeles & Orange County Chapter staff was delighted to have you attend our 2007 IBD Patient & Family Conference on March 31st at the Universal City Hilton.  We know you travel far to receive up-to-date information about IBD and to stay connected.  We are working diligently to offer more resources in your area. 

We want to let you know about an Orange County Support Group that is held at the Hoag Health Center the 3rd Wednesday of every month.  The facilitator is Matt Bays , and he would love to have you attend his support group, which has been running for over 4 years.  Matt creates a friendly environment and follows a peer - to - peer support group model, whereby peers share their experiences, particularly as it relates to treatment guidelines and practices.  Matt can be reached at (949) 923-5444 for further inquiries.
