Lilliana,

I've had bad experience with Iritis, which is a painful inflammation of the iris in the eye.  Apparently, it goes along with Crohn's in some patients (maybe 20% -- don't quote me on that).  I'd consult an eye doctor and ask him if Lasik is safe if you have the POTENTIAL for Iritis.
