Re: Lose Weight by Eating More

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WITH ONE OF THE SURGICAL PROCEDURES THERE ISN'T
ROOM TO EAT 'MORE' TO INCLUDE THESE FIBER PRODUCTS--A 1/2 CUP OR SO
DOESN'T GIVE MUCH ROOM WHEN YOU NEED TO GET PROTEIN IN FIRST ( I
SURE DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY HAIR FROM LACK OF THE NECESSARY PROTEIN)

HAVE YOU HAD THE SURGERY OR ARE YOU JUST POSTING INFORMATION? GOOD
IDEAS BUT NOT VERY HElpful to those who have had the surgery.
