Mariah
I write you from Mexico where I underwent a VGB
Surgery on may 13th., 2004, very close to your date,
over a, 18 month period I lost 145 pounds, and after
that I had gained one and lost it then, at the most,
last chirstmas I gained 3 which I lost over january.
Just like you I would really feel disappointed if I
was to gain the weight back, there are many stories
and I know a friend of mine that lost 150 pounds ang
gained it all back in 2 years, just remember that
there is no magic in this matter, it is a metter of
discipline.
Myself I do not eat red meat since my surgery I only
eat chicken and fish, in the time after my surgery, if
I had eaten 5 slices of pizza is a lot.
you require to change your aeting habits no matter
what in order to make your surgery a success.
I wish you the very best in tyou new life without that
additional weaight and keep up the good work
hug and kiss
