Introduction

Hi,

after much soul searching and deciding I'm just not fearless enough to have
gastric bypass I have made the decision to have lap band surgery. I am hoping
on this list I will find information, answers to my questions and also support
others on here.
I am almost 38, happily married, 5' 7" and between 295 and 300 lb.
