The next meeting of the Queens Metro Surgical Weight Loss Group is to
be held on Monday September 13, 2004 at 7:15pm. At this meeting our
exercise instructor Gina LoMonaca will be speaking about our exercise
class and exercise for the post op patient. If anyone would like to
bring a high protein snacks and recipe please do so (or e-mail me the
recipe so I can share it with the non local members).

YOU MUST CONFIRM IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND. We have limited seating
space.

Please note exercises classes for post op patients are being
conducted at the World Gym of Mineola at 244-48 Herricks Road,
Mineola, NY. The cost for ten classes is $70.00. If you would like
to try one class the cost is $10.00. Classes are held Thursday
evening at 7:30pm and Saturday at 1:00pm.
