Hi there.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had any problems with their plastic
surgery approvals, mainly, the thigh lift.

I was just denied by my medical group…who covered my belt lipectomy,
and I need to get an appeal letter together, and I'm not really sure
what to put in it. I have loads of info that I got off the internet
to show that this is not "cosmetic", but whatever.. I just need some
help with the appeal letter, so if anyone has had any experience with
that, please help! I have looked for a sample appeal letter online,
but didn't find any that dealt with the "removal of excess skin"
specifically.
