Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the group and have been pretty quiet up until now, but tomorrow I go
see the surgeon to set the date for my surgery and I'm having a serious case of
the jitters. I guess it's really becoming real now and it's not just talking
and planning. I've never had to have any kind of surgery before and if I'm this
nervous at the thought of setting a date I can't imagine how I'm going to make
it through the actually surgery !

I'm having the vertical gastric banding...has anyone else here had this surgery?
