Tampa, Florida at the beautiful Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on July 15-
18. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to ask. It

FLORIDA BANDSTER BASH ITENERARY

JULY 15
Thursday night - early bird registration and meet and greet - 6:00
p.m -10:00 p.m.
A light dinner will be served, casual attire

JULY 16
Friday is going to be an "Enjoy Tampa" day. All meals will be
provided. You can lounge by the pool or enjoy the casino on the Hard
Rock property. There is also Busch Gardens near by and Historic Ybor
City with trolley rides to Channel Side.
Friday - Breakfast is from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Jazzercise is from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Sock Hop 1950's style – 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Attire for this is 1950's i.e.- poodle skirts, leather jackets,
peddle pushers, bobby socks - Dinner will also be served

JULY 17
Saturday morning and afternoon is full with seminars, vendors,
clothing swap
Saturday - Breakfast is from 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Seminars are from 10:00 a.m. - 3:30
There will breaks in between to browse the vending hall.
- Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- Yoga and Pilates is from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- MardiGras Masquerade Gala & Goal Awards are 7:00 p.m. -
12:00 a.m.
- Attire is semi-formal to formal with masks.
If you are not able to purchase or find a mask before hand we will
have some available for sale at registration. - Dinner will also be
served.

JULY 18
Sunday - Breakfast and farewell speak by Dr. Ortiz 9:00 a.m. –
11:00 a.m
