I'm working with someone who has lost 200 pounds since their bypass
procedure, and who now wants to train for, and compete in, a triathalon.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has undertaken a similar challenge
after their surgery, to find out if it's feasible, and how athletes can
train and sustain such extreme physical exertion without becoming sick
from the sugars they must load into their system. Please let me know if
