I wanted to let you know that I've posted my latest newsletter,
Through Thick and Thin #18 – "The Origins of My Obesity" or "It's A
Shame That Shame is Counterproductive" – on my website at
www.gastricbypasscoach.com. It's my response to the newest medical
report documenting the epidemic of childhood obesity in America, and
a discussion of how my parents' judgments, blaming and shaming about
my weight led me down the path to defiant rebellion, compulsive
overeating, and a habit and lifestyle that would have killed me
without my WLS. I hope you'll check it out and share your
experiences with me. Thanks.
