This article was brought to my attention this morning and I felt it
was important enough to share it with you immediately. I found it
very validating, because it confirms what I and many of us had long
suspected: that our genetic endowment plays a key role in our
obesity. It appears that genes make it very difficult for us to
lose more than 10% of our body weight without weight loss surgery.
