Hi Kath
Lynda had to stop Temodal for about two weeks when she was on the
200mg/m2 dose due to low platelets. After her platelets came back up
she was only allowed to go back on at 150 mg/m2.
When she decided to continue on Temodal after the 6 months was up she
chose a low dose, metronomic schedule at only 40mg/m2 per day. It is
much easier on the platelets - she has never had a problem with low
platelets as she had with the higher dose, despite the fact that she
takes Temodal daily.
Hope this helps.
Chris
