Temodal and low platelette count

Hi Everyone,
Nick is on round 2 of temodal. The first 6 months were good and the
platelette count was always above 100. HOwever we were meant to start
month 2 of the 2nd round yesterday and platelette count is 91 so we
cant do it.

Has this happened to anyone?? Do they still go ahead with temodal if
it was low? Did anyone change there regime?
