MRI time again   Message List

Bruce had a focal seizure last weekend - speech loss, numbness down one
side of his face. Lasted 10 mins. Hasn't experienced these for about
18mths since they last upped his Epilim.
He has been under a bit of stress lately... in hospital to have a toe
amputated , and a dear family friend who is close to passing away.
We originally thought his next MRI was due in May, but probably a
timely call, Auckland radiology rung up and he is scheduled for March
7th.

Kath let us know how Nicks MRI went?

See Oncology Sep 1st for Bruces latest scan results. He has had issues in recent weeks with numbness in his cheek & lip off and on. He only told me 2 weeks ago...

Hi Linda, Dennis has numbness also on the left side of his face. His Oncologist has said this is a side effect of the tumour, but to keep an eye on it in case...
