Dear Julie
So terribly sad to receive the news of Mike's passing. Sincere
condolences to you and all of Mike's family.
It is a tribute to Mike that he not only fought his own battle but
helped so many others in their battles against brain tumours. There
are tributes flowing in from around the world since the news was
posted on the news groups last night, he was truly a global BT warrior.
On a personal note, Mike has been a great help and inspiration to us
since my wife's diagnosis almost two years ago. He was so generous of
his time, whether by email, news group posting or a phone call. His
wonderful stories about his horse treks were a great pick up.
Mike's tag line: "Never give in, never surrender, and NEVER EVER GIVE
UP HOPE!" will continue to inspire brain tumour patients around the
world. He will be sorely missed. RIP, MIke.
